Beautifully written funny warm and filled with unusual wonderful exercises. If it is there, welcome it. And then everything changed, career wise brenea thus parts of life, etc… and now I am learning more about myself again. Take your hands off life and allow it to run as it does, and a great deal of energy and peace of mind are restored.
