I understand that no background checks or reference checks have been performed by Sitters Connect LLC. References may be provided for the use of the sitters or families but have not been verified by Sitters Connect LLC. Sitters Connect LLC does not pre-screen sitters or parents before, during, or after the events. Parents and sitters may complete screenings and background checks on their own and may contact the references if they desire.

I understand that the information received at an event is private information, is for my exclusive use, and is not to be shared with other families, sitters, or persons. In the event that you are found to have shared any information about a sitter or family obtained at an event, you agree to pay liquidated damages of $250.00 as a fair estimate of the damages to Sitters Connect, LLC.

You agree to a comprehensive limitation of liability of Sitters Connect, LLC. Under no circumstances shall Sitters Connect, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, members, or employees be liable for any claims, demands, proceedings, losses or damages of any kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of your dealings with Sitters Connect, LLC.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sitters Connect, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, members, and employees, harmless from and against any claims, demands, proceedings, losses and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of your dealings with Sitters Connect, LLC.

This User Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the law of the State of Maryland. The sole venue for any legal proceedings hereunder shall be the Baltimore County courts.
